Why choose Green Caviar Seaweeds from Boonthida Farm?
We at Boonthida Farm were honoured to receive the approval of the faculty at Kasetsart University’s School of Fishery, with 75 students attending our informational speaking event on the topic of producing green caviar seaweeds commercially.
On 22/10/2018, we invited a variety of renowned chefs working in four and five-star hotels to come together to create exciting new menus with our green caviar seaweeds - we will be releasing a cookbook based on these recipes for interested businesses to peruse.
Boonthida Farms cooperated with the Western Chef’s Association to compete under the topic of ‘New green caviar seaweeds Innovations’, with 20 teams of 4-5 star chefs working in the Greater Pattaya area participating in the event. Mr. Sakdichai Sithsakhul presided over the event.
A team of researchers from the Natural History Museum working on the Sattaheep Navy’s Marine Flora Preservation Project visited our farm, along with Miss Montanakaan Tamtuen, the director of the Centre of Marine Exhibits. We take great pride in this, and are honoured by the presence and time of our visitors.
